BE A WALKING BILLBOARD OF HEALTH

  • Take your USANA products daily and use as many of them as you can.
  • Be a product of the product.
  • You are your greatest marketing tool, as your health improves you will attract more people to help.
  • Wellness is a personal journey, strive to be better and do better daily, but practice self love and acceptance on this journey always.

BEGIN A MEDITATION PRACTICE (or continue to grow the one you have)

  • Find a guided meditation or meditation technique that works for you and make time for it every morning.
  • Meditate before you do anything else that involves the mind.
  • Get up, make some lemon water and meditate
  • If you are new to meditation, take your time. Start with 5-10mins and go from there.
  • The guided meditation that I recommend to do every morning is one that you can download right to your phone. In the app store search “Morning Meditation with Marianne Williamson”

PHYSICAL FITNESS

  • Make time daily to move your body in any way that you enjoy.
  • This can be any way you enjoy!
  • Get your heart rate up, move your energy and break a sweat!

WATER

  • Fuel your beautiful temple with fresh water all day.

LIFESTYLE

  • Blend your business into your life in a way that is fun and magnetic

  • Your vision should be like a fire inside you, it should energize you and inspire you in a way that is stronger then anything that comes your way.
  • Develop your relationship with your vision by spending time reading your vision statement or looking at your vision board daily.
  • The more specific you are, the clearer you are, the more you will start to believe it!

CROSS PROMOTE & LIFT EACH OTHER HIGHER

  • We are each others dream marketing team.
  • Make sure you add everyone in the mastermind as a FB friend and LIKE their business page.
  • Cheer each other on!
  • Cross promote whenever you can.
