Congrats on becoming your own boss! You’re self employed, you make the rules, you’re in charge!
But…. maybe your business is not growing at the rate that you were hoping for and there’s no one to hold you accountable daily.
It’s time to step up, put on your CEO boss babe shoes!
My top 7 tips to act like you’re the CEO of a million dollar business, because babe that is where you are headed!
1. Take action before you are ready.
Too often I hear entrepreneurs talk about how they will launch their business or take the next step in their business when; they finish their current course, once they get a bigger office space, once they get more experience, etc etc.
The best time to start is when you’re inspired to take action.
You may be total freaked out about this next step, get excited instead.
Transform your fear into excitement.
Fear is really tricky, it can trick us to not take action, because its the safe and responsible thing to do.
Fear wants to keep you small, don’t let it!
2. Begin with the End in Mind
Begin with the end in mind is based on the principle that all things are created twice.
There’s a mental or first creation, and a physical or second creation to all things.
When I started my business I knew that I was going to be financially independent by 30, I knew that I was going to be a stay at home mom and I knew that I would have a lifestyle of complete freedom.
Ask yourself, where do I want to be 1 year from now?
Where do I want to be 5 years from now?
10 years from now?
Don’t start a business with the attitude of “we’ll see how this goes”.
Be bold and build your empire from the ground up, always working towards your bigger vision.
3. Put First Things First
The key is not to simply prioritize whats on your schedule, but to schedule in your priorities (your first things).
As entrepreneurs you will always have things to do and projects to work on, but every day you have to put first things first.
Which items on your list will produce the results that you’re aiming for that week?
Sometimes, the creative projects are the ones we want to do first, but if we are not meeting our bottom line, then there will soon be little time to be creative.
4. Think Win/Win – Collaboration
Win/Win is a frame of mind and heart that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions. Don’t focus on what you want from others, rather think about how you can help them.
I love cross promoting with entrepreneurs, it’s fun and it creates business growth for both parties. Allowing complementing businesses to reach each others clientele in a mutually beneficial way – win/win!
Create a mindset of collaboration, always seeking out new opportunities for this. This will attract much more abundance, then getting stuck in a sheer competitive mindset.
Celebrate the successes of your fellow entrepreneurs and you will rise with them.

5. Your Daily Habits
What you do every day creates your reality. It’s the little habits or rituals that when completed daily will start create massive change and results in your life.
Here are my 20 Habits and tips that you can implement new habits in your life and business.
6. Fuel Your Body for Success
You can’t be a successful entrepreneur if you’re tired or run down. Fuel your body for success with incredible nutrition!
When you have a fierce goal in mind (which you allows should), use this goal to help you make better choices.
Before you eat or drink something, ask yourself “will this help me to reach my goal?”.
Yes, sometimes we need that extra cup of coffee to get the job done, but make the majority of your choices about fuelling your body for long term health and success.
Here’s my nutritional program.
7. Find Your Spiritual Practice
A very common trait of successful entrepreneurs is that they have found a spiritual practice that connects them to something bigger then themselves.
Something that gives them the peace of mind and strength to survive and thrive in all the stages and challenges of their business.
What are you drawn to? Whether it’s a secular or spiritual practice, there may be something that feels great to you. Follow any guidance you have.
